Regular juices are extracted from the ordinary juicer which we have at home/shop that separates the juice from the fruits with the fast-spinning blades inside it.However, because of the spinning in the juicer loses a lot of essential nutrients due to the heat generated by the blades. Also, you cannot store it for long as it is prone rotting and changes in tastes. So regular juices are good for immediate consumption.
Cold Pressed Juice:
Cold-pressed juices are made from special machines that crush and press the fruits and veggies to extract the juice. There is no spinning and blades involved.Cold pressed juicers are very effective in retaining nutrients. The juice also lasts for more days than regular juices.However the process takes too long and is expensive than regular juices.
You can try out cold pressed juices from RAW pressery. My favorites are sugarcane and guava one. But there are other variants too like orange,coconut,berry and some also have mix of pepper,lemon,ginger.
